Highlights of this weekend included Buck Wild as the race sponsor of Nicole's Aprilia RS250, an interview on the local FOX news station and over 1200 entries!

Nicole's bike was covered in Mossy Oak(R) for the events at Barber Motorsports Park to promote race sponsor Buck Wild and their Flamin' Doe product. The bike was covered in camo thanks to www.camowraps.com. Buck Wild owner Louis Gibbs and Nicole came up with the idea of camouflaging her bike and adding Buck Wild logos to get the bike and sponsor noticed. Thanks to team manager Richard Walton, Nicole and Buck Wild were featured on the local Birmingham FOX TV station. The interviews of Nicole and Jeff took place on Thursday during practice and additional on-track footage was shot during the GTL race on Friday. Catch the spot here on draganeeracing.com in the future (we're working on obtaining it).

The team placed well over the weekend. Nicole earned an 11th place finish in GTL (Ultra Lightweight Superbike results were not available at the time we left Barber MP on Sunday morning) and Jeff earned a 10th place finish in Formula 40 and a ninth place in the Team Challenge, competing with Team Valley Racing. Many of the events this weekend were shortened due to the time constraints and a full schedule. In addition to 3 regions of CCS -- Formula USA, Team Challenge, USGPRU, a riders school, and sidecars were in attendance. Practice sessions were shortened and some GT races were 6 laps in length instead of the 25-minute endurance races due to the shear number of sessions and red flags.
